We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Purchases and access

• Each deck is a one-time purchase. Once you buy a deck, you have permanent access to it through your account.
• Prices are listed in USD and include all applicable fees.
• Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. By purchasing, you also agree to their terms of service.

Refunds

Because every deck includes a free preview before purchase, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing content you paid for, contact us and we will resolve it.

Content usage

Content on Model Decks is for your personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, or republish purchased content. You may reference, quote, or link to our content with proper attribution.

Code snippets included in decks are provided for educational purposes. You are free to use them in your own projects.

Intellectual property

All content, design, and branding on Model Decks is owned by us. Purchasing a deck grants you a personal, non-transferable license to read and use the content. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights.

Limitation of liability

Model Decks provides educational content as-is. We do not guarantee specific results from following our guides. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our content or services.
